Returns and Exchanges

At Stephany Geiser, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your silk scarf or any other product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Contact our customer service team at info@stephanygeiser.com to initiate a return. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the package does not arrive at our location, there will be no refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that for international transactions, this may take 2 to 4 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify that you would like to exchange the item for a different product. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the item you want to exchange is of a different value, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount accordingly.
